Notes to the pricelist 2010
Arrival day: Saturday or Tuesday or Thursday ( check-in: 17 pm – 20 pm)
Departure day: Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday (check-out: by 10 am)
The folowing fees must be paid to check-in (compulsory):
Deposit (refunded on departure provided nothing has been damaged): 100,00 EUR in cash (credit cards are not accepted)
Consumption (water/electricity/gas): 25,00 EUR/person/1week (aged 0 up to and including 2 years are free)
Final cleaning: 40,00 EUR - 2-rooms apartment; 50,00 EUR - 3-rooms apartment; 60,00 EUR - 4-rooms apartment (not included the kitchen cleaning, kitchen must be left cleaned upon departure)
To be paid on site (optional):
Bed linen and towels: 15,00 EUR/set/person (must be ordered in advance)
Child bed (aged 0 up to and including 1 years): 30,00 EUR/1week (must be ordered in advance)
Supplement for pets: 25,00 EUR (only small pets are allowed)
TV hire: 30,00 EUR/1 week (must be ordered in advance)
Washing machine hire: 30,00 EUR/1 week (must be ordered in advance)
Reception opening hours: 9.00 am – 12.30 nn and 16.00 pm – 19.30 pm
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about your arrival outside the opening hours.
